Execute efficient and compliant operations for areas of responsibility. Maintain a strong control environment with adherence to corporate financial policies and procedures
Lead efforts to innovate and automate membership and payment data; including analysis, recommending, procuring, and implementing solutions that solve complex business problems, streamline processes, reduce manual intervention and maximize productivity
Establish billing and collections policies, standards and best practices
Communicate to cross-functional leaders impacts to and from Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and Service Operations, and shares recommendations to resolve
Be recognized as a strategic resource within the company for complex problem solving for business, and technology issues, and direction setting
Manage operation performance to business objectives and drive delivery of client required metrics ensuring timely and accurate cash flow
Deliver consistently exceptional service and maintain high satisfaction levels to support client and member retention
Lead the development of strategies and business solutions utilizing technical knowledge, internal network, external network, and other resources
Provide leadership and coaching to staff to accomplish business goals and prepare them for future roles in division and company
Provide leadership to staff through direction, example and coaching to accomplish business goals and to develop team for current and future roles
Manage overall operational budget to meet financial performance objectives
Assure effective communications are maintained within the unit and externally. Where appropriate, inform employees as to plans and progress
Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience; Minimum of 2 additional years of experience related to functional area
Minimum of 6 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of direct reports
Experience in leading operations, technology, financial and customer-focused teams
Current understanding of automated systems and technology as applied to Accounts Receivable/financial environment
Ability to effectively communicate information to a wide variety of technical and non-technical individuals or groups
Proven ability to work in partnership with other managers and external business partners to accomplish objectives
Demonstrated results in leading initiatives that increased savings and improved service quality or increased customer retention
Skilled motivator who can increase employee engagement
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong written and oral communication skills

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
