You’ll guide clients through the complexities of Enterprise Performance Management—from redesigning FP&A processes to implementing technology-enabled planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions. Our Advisory Seniors help clients transform their financial planning capabilities, optimize decision-making processes, and build scalable frameworks that drive organizational performance.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior in Financial Planning and Analytics, you will deliver complex FP&A and EPM projects, applying judgment and selecting appropriate methodologies to inform recommendations. You will coordinate with junior colleagues, meet performance objectives, and support client engagements. This role offers the chance to tackle complex issues, learn best practices, and grow professionally.

• Lead the effective management and delivery of financial processes, solutions, and projects.
• Ensure a focus on quality and risk management while driving continuous process improvement.
• Guide teams and supervise others to deliver complex technical initiatives.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• ·       Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business)
• ·       Minimum 2 years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in:
• ·       Strategic planning, long-range planning, and annual operating planning (AOP)
• ·       Budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast processes
• ·       Financial modeling and scenario analysis
• ·       Management reporting and business performance analysis
• ·       Capital planning and investment analysis
• ·       Strong FP&A functional background from corporate finance roles
• ·       Consulting or advisory experience implementing FP&A transformations, process improvements, or EPM solutions
