The Director, Clinical Product & Technology will lead the architectural design, implementation, and strategic integration of LunaJoy’s clinical platforms, including our EHR, RCM, scheduler, and patient engagement systems. This role requires both a deep technical background and a strong understanding of clinical workflows, with a focus on building scalable, interoperable, and user-centered solutions for both patients and cliniciansKey Responsibilities:
Clinical Product Development:
- Architect and build the software infrastructure for LunaJoy’s patient and clinician-facing platforms, including reasoning engines for care delivery.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of core systems: EHR, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), scheduling, and CRM/patient engagement tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, Amazon Connect).
- Ensure all platforms and tools are fully integrated, secure, and aligned with LunaJoy’s clinical and operational workflows.
- Define and drive a cohesive technical roadmap that supports LunaJoy’s strategic goals and growth.
Strategic Planning & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and leadership teams to understand current workflows and future needs.
- Translate clinical and business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Define success metrics, milestones, and implementation plans for technology integration and rollout.
Knowledge Transfer & Onboarding:
- Dedicate the first 10 hours to learning and documenting LunaJoy’s current systems, workflows, and pain points.
- Develop a comprehensive scope of work, project timeline, and actionable launch plan to guide product development and integration.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (7+ years) in healthtech product management, software architecture, or clinical systems implementation.
- Deep familiarity with EHR, RCM, CRM, and patient engagement technologies.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance, healthcare workflows, and digital health trends.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
Nice to Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in writing code in one or more programming languages.
- Experience with technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services or technical consulting.
- Experience with SQL, Data Analysis, Data Visualization and ETL Tools.
