Summer Works Staff (F.M. Kirby Research Center)

Overview

The Summer Works Staff will work in various departments in the Institute contributing to business operations in a courteous, professional, and responsible manner. Responsibilities may include administrative support, facilities support, research support, educational support and/or patient care aide dependent on the department in which the individual is working.

Responsibilities

1.Assist in the MRI data processing, to include writing Matlab scripts for post-processing MRI data.

2. Perform research techniques, protocols, and research methods under direction of the Principal Investigator (PI).

3. Develop graphs, reports, and presentations of project results.

4. Perform statistical analyses for projects and reports to level of expertise.

5. Help prepare publications, grants, presentations, and posters based on McMahon Lab research.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

• Individual must be currently enrolled in a high school education program or equivalent at the junior or senior level or a current undergraduate student.

 

(Qualifying candidates are college/university students (undergraduate only and cannot be graduating Spring or Summer 2025).
