We are looking for a Clinical Services Assistant who is an efficient multi-tasker that has skills in program data collection, records management and client billing. Are you this individual?
This is a rewarding position that provides administrative and client support across the treatment services continuum and is part of the Women’s Way team of substance abuse counselors, child and family therapists and residential support staff.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures Appropriate Census and Billing Tracking for both residential and outpatient programs
--utilizes WITS (state electronic health record) and works with the Accounting Clerk, Clinical Quality Specialist, Admissions Coordinator and Team Leads to support appropriate service billing and contract utilization.
- Cross trained to accept and appropriately document payment of fees from clients through the Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) system.
- Ensures completion and dissemination of minutes for residential and outpatient treatment teams.
- Compiles DHS Client Eligibility Listings, Charitable Choice and other reports to maintain contract requirements for treatment.
- Maintains an updated Daily Count in real-time with census changes and alert Administration of any follow-up mail addresses for discharged residential clients.
- Assists as needed with follow-up phone calls for state reporting using the WITS system.
Qualifications:
Preferred bachelor’s degree in business or human services. A minimum high school diploma with working knowledge of computers and basic office equipment. Equivalent experience in the operations of human service programs may be substituted for education. Valid Hawaii State driver license required.

Salary range based on experience and education:
$18/hour---Full time
