Summary: The Manager, Revenue Insights plays a key role in analyzing revenue data, identifying trends and risks, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data systems that ensure revenue performance is clearly monitored and communicated. In close partnership with business stakeholders and the Business Intelligence team, the Manager ensures data integrity, supports campaign analysis, and contributes to the continuous improvement of reporting capabilities. Through technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of fundraising performance, this role helps LLS optimize its revenue strategies—relentlessly pursuing cancer cures.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Revenue Analysis & Strategic Insights
• Analyze revenue data to identify historical trends, variances, and areas for potential growth or course correction.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to surface insights that drive revenue-generating strategies and inform decision-making.
• Perform ad hoc analysis requests to support executive and department-level strategic initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to interpret findings and translate data into actionable recommendations.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring
• Develop, maintain, and enhance standardized reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign performance, and regional trends.
• Proactively identify potential revenue risks or underperforming areas through consistent performance tracking.
• Prepare and present clear, accurate, and timely revenue performance reports and dashboards to business leaders and senior management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and ensure metrics align with organizational goals.

Data Systems & Database Management
• Maintain and enhance revenue-related databases and systems to ensure ongoing data integrity, accessibility, and accuracy.
• Streamline reporting processes by optimizing data flows and automating recurring reports wherever possible.

Testing & Quality Assurance
• Actively participate in system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate data accuracy and dashboard functionality.
• Support issue resolution and enhancements during new system rollouts or dashboard updates.

Collaboration with Internal Teams
• Work closely with internal business partners—including Finance, Campaign Strategy, and Revenue teams—to support and optimize revenue initiatives.
• Partner with the Business Intelligence team to align enterprise data architecture, sources, and definitions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify data needs and support the creation of Tableau dashboards using Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) data.
• Assist in documenting and developing custom campaign dashboards in Tableau, ensuring accuracy and usability.

Education & Experience Requirements:
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics) or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with:
◦ business analysis, preferably in a non-profit or fundraising role
◦ developing business insights reports, dashboards, and presentations using Tableau
◦ Salesforce
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience presenting insights to a variety of levels of business stakeholders
• Ability to solve problems and architect in an environment with unclear requirements
