About the role

Hours of Job

  • Part Time, (7 p.m. - 7 a.m.)
  • 48 hours per pay
  • Every 3rd Weekend and Holiday Rotation

Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the Nursing Process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Directs and guides patient teaching and activities of Nursing Ancillary Personnel. 
  • Assumes a lead role in patient teaching.
  • Places the patient at the center of care practices.
  • Collaborates and interacts positively with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and achieve desired outcomes.
  • May be required to work other patient care units or shifts according to the distribution of staff, patients, and/or patient acuity. 

Requirements

  • Ability to work every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet department needs.

Education/Certifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Licensed RN.

Experience

  • Previous experience is preferred but not required.
