Your team

You will support a Financial Advisor Team in our Century City branch location, with particular focus on assisting high-net-worth clients. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of administrative support and client service.

Your expertise

Series 7 and 66 licenses (for registered Client Associates only) licenses preferred but not needed at the time of hire.
ideally
• ideally 3-5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• College degree, focusing on finance/banking
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary information

US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $55000 to $65000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
