The MetaPulse QA Engineer is a valuable addition to the Business Intelligence (BI) team. This position will be working with all the modules in the Metapulse Application to test and verify the new &  existing features to ensure that they are functioning correctly and giving the maximum benefit to the users. In addition, the position will help maintain and support the organization’s management with this purpose-built application by providing analysis, reviews & reports of the Envisage data plus the user engagement and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all updates to the MetasPulse software & test new features that are rolled out and implemented 
• Collaborate with BI and MetaPulse teams to understand the product and platform dependencies and help define end-to-end test environment and infrastructure needs
• Work with MIS and Data Analytics and/or Operations teams on data integration to automate collection of statistics (where ever possible) 
• Analyze the MetaPulse systems & data to develop actionable insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization and improvement
• Support the development of Business Intelligence standards to meet and/or exceed established business goals  

Qualifications:

• BS or equivalent work experience plus 3 years of demonstrated work experience related to software test engineering
• Working knowledge of software testing
• Understanding of API Integration
• Familiarity with SQL & DB Structure 
• Advanced Level in Excel & Google Sheets
