The MetaPulse Data Manager is a vital member of the Business Intelligence (BI) team. This position is charged with overseeing the Envisage application and keeping it running efficiently and ensuring the data input in the application is accurate. In addition, the position will test, update, tune, diagnose, maintain and support the organization’s end-users with this purpose-built application by providing support to internal customers via email, phone, and in-person, as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage company-wide statistics, applications, and data within the MetaPulse platform
- Identify best practices to streamline and automate the MetaPulse application for optimal performance
- Meet with KB4 Users & Managers for MetaPulse indoctrination, and user engagement
- Identify common errors and/or complex problems within the
- MetaPulse system; troubleshoot the issues and document the resolution to common errors as needed
- Support the organization’s end-users by providing support to internal customers via email, phone, zoom and in-person
- Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding statistics and the performance of the Envisage application
- Support the development of Business Intelligence standards to meet and/or exceed established business goals
- Hire, promote, discipline, and terminate subordinate employees, or suggest and recommend hiring, promoting, disciplining, and terminating subordinate employees to which the Company gives significant weight
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree a plus
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as an application administrator
- Proficient administrative skills
- Experience in statistics measuring and basic graphing
- Advance application skillset with Excel
- Strong analytics and research skills
- Self-Motivated
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to effectively articulate answers to common questions by system users in person or by email
- Must have strong attention to detail to ensure data integrity
- Appropriate communication etiquette (phone, email, and in-person)
- Strong follow-up skills to ensure customers needs are responded to efficiently and accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
