Job Description

Maintain barns by performing repairs and maintenance to plumbing, electrical wiring and other related maintenance activities.  Perform periodic maintenance on equipment and machinery as outlined in preventative maintenance schedules.  Physically respond to emergency situations, such as fire, power outage, gas or water leak, or any other emergency situation or repair. Perform other related work assignments as assigned.

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. five (5) years of related experience in a large facility required.  Must possess knowledge generally attained through schooling and work experience in engineering field to accomplish assignments safely and correctly. Must be able to safely use hand tools and maneuver a weight of 50 pounds. Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, bend, reach, and grasp. Must be able to work in weather and temperature extremes. Must be able to carry and communicate by radio. Must be able to obtain/maintain all necessary licenses and/or certifications.
