This Department consists of dedicated and experienced executives who specialize in providing services to several dynamic organizations in the Financial Sector. The Role in Detail

  • Assisting in the day-to-day management of corporate turnaround, operational restructuring, and performance improvement projects. This includes liquidity management, financing, capital structure optimization, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Contributing to the design and implementation of cash flow forecasting models to support effective financial management.
  • Leading the preparation of business plans, financial information packages, and management presentations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyzing financial statements and operational data to enhance client liquidity, optimize credit availability, improve operational efficiency, and maximize shareholder returns.
  • Utilizing financial and operational expertise to assess crisis situations, support business stabilization, and drive operational restructuring efforts, including cost optimization and process improvement.
  • Assisting clients in identifying value creation and performance improvement opportunities within their organizations and developing actionable strategies to achieve operational excellence.
  • Participating in a variety of advisory projects, including operational restructuring, with regular interactions with clients, banks, private credit funds, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Proactively seeking challenges and opportunities to enhance individual and team strengths, expand skill sets, and foster a collaborative learning environment.

What You'll bring:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in financial & operational restructuring and turnaround, pre-pack, out-of-court workout (OCW), M&A.
  • Excellent academic background, including a Bachelor’s degree from a top tier university in Accounting / Finance / Banking / Economics, or other related field with a strong quantitative focus.
  • Master’s degree or relevant professional qualifications (ACCA, ACA, CFA) in any of the above-mentioned disciplines will be considered a strong asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills both in Greek and English.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office packages, in particular MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and Greek GAAP.
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and to tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Effective communication and rapport building skills.
