<h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are currently looking for a skilled <strong>Senior App Engineer (m/f/d) - App &amp;Web</strong> to support us in building the fastest &amp; most intuitive shopping app using a brand-new tech stack onsite in Hamburg.</p><p>The <strong>Shop Applications Team</strong> constantly improves the <strong>App, Mobile Website and Desktop Website.</strong> These big-scale products are each visited by over 11M active users every month. The team’s focus is to provide our customers the most inspiring, convenient, intuitive, and easy-to-use shopping experience. They constantly challenge themselves to raise the bar of what is “state of the art” in customer-facing products.</p><p><strong>What you will do</strong></p><ul><li>Build and maintain our high-quality mobile application for iOS and Android using Flutter</li><li>Contribute to architectural decisions and set coding standards for the team.</li><li>Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Testers, and other teams (Backend and Web) in a cross-stack environment.</li><li>Introduce new technologies, tools, or processes that improve developer productivity and product quality.</li><li>Debug performance and reliability issues across the stack.</li></ul><p><strong>Who you are</strong></p><ul><li>You have 4+ years of programming experience, including at least a year of app development. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical degree is a plus, but we prioritize skill.</li><li>You have expert-level knowledge of Dart and Flutter. You're experienced with CI/CD (e.g., fastlane, GitHub Actions) and unit and golden tests. You also have a strong understanding of performance optimization and profiling.</li><li>You have strong ownership, self-drive, and leadership skills.
