We are in search of an experienced Digital Technology Strategic Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering several global cross-functional partnerships, setting strategic priorities for the development lifecycle, and applying industry best practices to strategic Digital Technology programs for North America and Global. In particular, you will lead the CRM-JDE integration, NAA billing Transformation and redesign of our Unitec eCommerce Portal as well as global Digital Thread pilot programs. Responsibilities:
Develop strong global cross-functional partnerships between CIO, CTO/Data, Business functions to lead the Billing, CRM Integration and Unitec e-commerce and Digital Thread pilot program implementations
Drive large transformation initiatives and legacy Mainframe retirement to enhance business efficiency, productivity and employee experience
Act as scrum master and business analysis in major transformation global and NAA programs to facilitate backlog prioritization, measure development progress and quality and testing.
Collaborate closely with Functional Product Owner to develop a customer-centric product roadmap and execution plan using SDLC and Agile methodology
Align and support the new global Plan-Build-Run operating model by working collaboratively between CIO and CTO teams
Engage regularly with the development team, guiding discussions and contributing to overall product design and decisions
Deliver Steer Committee management presentations, communications, and issue resolution
Translate business requirements into detailed User Stories, refine product backlog, and continuously prioritize to meet business needs
Adhere to CTO technology stack, cyber security, EA governance, and PMO framework
Collaborate effectively with senior leaders, DT leads, developers, testers, and other resources to implement and support solutions
Ensure technology adoption and realization of benefits, while establishing proper operation and support models for new implementations
Act as a change agent, supporting the business with Change Management and Training
Must be able to support Eastern Time Zone.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with 5+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred experience in integration, e-Commerce, and finance and Supply Chain processes/systems
Preferred experience in leading large-scale global programs or holds PPM certification
Ability to cultivate strong relationships and collaborate with business partners, DT colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third-party contractors
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven analytical and effective problem-solving skills
Proficiency in product development lifecycle management
Experience working in an Agile environment
Capable of working independently with limited guidance
The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $145,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
