The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is seeking a Senior International Workday Business Analyst – Global Payroll to support the ongoing optimization, integration, and expansion of our Workday platform globally. Available work locations include: Hazelwood, MO; Renton, WA; and Mesa, AZ.
This role will be critical in translating global business needs into technical requirements, supporting configuration and reporting, and ensuring Workday solutions are scalable, efficient, and compliant with in country statutory requirements.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
Experience with international payroll operations and cross-functional business processes
Strong understanding of international payroll complexities
Significant hands-on experience with Workday modules
Position Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject-matter business analyst for the international payroll/timekeeping solution within Workday
Build requirements and optimize Workday time tracking modules and related components to support all global employees
Lead integration design and implementation between Workday and the new payroll vendor (CloudPay) and other third-party systems
Document and translate global business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation and streamlining opportunities to improve accuracy, scalability, and operational efficiency
Support testing, validation, and deployment of configuration changes and integrations (unit testing, UAT, and cutover support)
Provide production support and troubleshoot timekeeping and payroll-related issues across global locations
Partner with payroll operations, IT, vendors, and regional HR/payroll leads to ensure compliant, localized solutions that meet statutory requirements
Assist in reporting and data analysis to monitor system health and deliver business insights
Provide training and knowledge transfer to operational teams where needed
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience configuring and supporting Workday modules
Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Experience with Workday reporting tools and analytics
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience working on international payroll/timekeeping projects and integrations with third-party payroll vendors (experience with CloudPay is a plus)
Solid troubleshooting skills and experience providing production support for HR/payroll systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort working across global and cross-functional teams

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $110,500 - $149,500
