Position: Aldo's Café Manager

Work Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly

Compensation: $14/hour base + tips (averages $23-$26/hour) 

Availability Expectations: Full Time (32-40 hours per week) M-F between 7am – 6pm daily

About Position:

Aldo’s Café Manager oversees daily operations while providing excellent customer service and exceeding guests expectations. A successful Café Manager has strong communication skills, is attentive to details, and always leads by example. The ideal candidate for this role is a hands-on leader dedicated to creating and maintaining a positive work environment. The Café Manager must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and at times, lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Job Requirements:

• 1+ year(s) barista experience required 
• 6+ months experience in a leadership role required 
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with brewing equipment 
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations & ability to obtain Serv Safe certification  
• Ability to gauge customers’ preferences 
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
