Work Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly

Compensation: With tips, averages $23-$26/hour 

Availability Expectations: 7am-5pm with some flexibility.

About Position:

Our Café Supervisors effectively run the café during their shift with excellent leadership of the staff in all aspects of service. We want them to live and breathe hospitality, communicate well with all staff, ensure we are exceeding our guests’ expectations, field and fix any guest issues, train and direct staff, and other duties as assigned. A successful Café Supervisor is attentive to details, friendly, and leads by example. This position must be a hands-on leader who loves working with people. Café Supervisor must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and at times, lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Job Requirements:

• 1+ year(s) Barista experience required
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations & ability to obtain Serv Safe certification 
• Ability to gauge customers’ preferences
• Excellent communication skills
