Salary: $65000 - $70000 / year

Job Summary

The Assistant Hospitality Manager is responsible for the seamless execution of exciting, creative, and unique workplace experiences that are centered around food and beverages. This role involves close collaboration with multiple stakeholders to curate and deliver exceptional event experiences while upholding the highest standards of hospitality. This role requires a unique, warm, and fun individual who brings trends to life and has out-of-the-box ideas.

 

Key responsibilities include overseeing F&B communications, scheduling, training service staff, and managing the planning, execution, and breakdown of unique and special events. The role also ensures accurate invoicing and continuous service excellence throughout all stages of event delivery. This individual will work with an incredible team to create dining experiences that foster a premier workplace of Atlanta.

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Deep understanding of trends and focus on being ahead of the curve
  • Food, beverage, and creative vendor relationships within the Atlanta market
  • A.S. or equivalent experience
  • A true team player with exemplary references
  • General Hospitality knowledge and interest in sustainability and sustainable food practices
  • At least two years of similar work experience
  • Ability to interact with diverse and high-volume customer base in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Ability to operate Web based ordering system, process customer requests, changes to orders, menu updates and client profiles.
  • Proficient with word processing and spread sheet applications.
  • Exemplary communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to write professional and efficient emails, slack messages, and notes to clients and customers.
  • Possess the ability to meet Company specific uniform standards for this position. 
  • Utilize all Personal Protective Equipment’s per Company guidelines.
  • Ability to work at times with minimal supervision, and accomplish tasks without direct instruction, and problem solve for the best solutions.
  • This position supervises numerous (5-10) hourly employees, including delivery personnel and culinary personnel.
