A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will:

• Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement sales orders, and ensure the timely delivery of finished orders
• Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings, executing business and marketing plans, and being intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
• Work with customers in numerous ways, such as email, telephone, in-person, and at their place of business
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long-term clients.
• Able to resolve customer issues.
• Be a Good Team Player
  
  

Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:

• 1-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent.  Basic Math skills are needed.  
• Previous sign industry experience is a PLUS, especially in sales and/or graphic design
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and can build relationships
• Great listening and organization skills
• Proven critical thinking and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure to produce high-volume, high-quality work
• Able to understand pricing to ensure profitability.
