• As a Senior Product Operations Manager (all genders) in our dynamic team, you will leverage your generalist profile to lead impactful projects and larger programs
• Your expertise in effective stakeholder management will be key as you collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned on our shared goals and priorities
• In this role, you will promote transparency within the product organization, fostering alignment across teams regarding our objectives
• By identifying and implementing efficiency levers, you will drive organizational growth and enhance our processes, positioning us for future success in a competitive environment
• You will nurture an environment that fosters ongoing learning and knowledge exchange among your colleagues
• Your efforts will propel our initiatives forward and motivate teams to pursue excellence

Profile

• You are an experienced generalist with a strong background in project and / or product management within a product-driven organization - previous consulting experience is a plus, but not a must have
• Your hands-on, solution-oriented approach allows you to excel in fast-paced environments, tackling challenges with pragmatism and efficiency
• You manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring that each project receives the attention it deserves - with a strong analytical mindset, you build partnerships and make data-driven decisions
• You measure your success against clear KPIs, ensuring your contributions significantly impact the organization
• Driven by a passion for your work and a deep understanding of current e-commerce trends, you communicate effectively and engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, from senior management to top executives
