Your team
You will work in Corporate Actions Team in Wroclaw or Krakow. Team is responsible for research and
maintenance of Corporate Actions in APAC, EMEA and US region, with a view for collecting Portfolio Managers’
responses, reflecting them in systems, instructing custodians, posting cash and stock transactions in our
accounting system and reconciling positions.
Your expertise
You have:
• 2+ years of experience in corporate action management
• Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Client service experience and a strong ability to interact with and support client requirements
• Analytical and quantitative attitude
• Adaptability to learn new tasks and willingness to understand the detail of a process
• Flexible, independent, and precise working methods
• Understanding of process flows: Ability to look at the overall process and explain it to others
You are:
• fluent in written and spoken English
• high energy, hard-working team player
• able to work independently and as part of a team
• detailed oriented and a good problem solver
• comfortable in prioritizing workload and working under pressure, with tight deadlines
