Senior Business Analyst Facility Services Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Senior Business Analyst – Facility Services. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic projects within the Transformation Office, working on-site with the client while benefiting from the support and values of the Keystone Solutions team.

Mission Context:

The assignment is within the Transversal Capabilities & Functions department, which brings together business and IT professionals to deliver transversal IT products and services for HRM, web portals, facility, sourcing & procurement, legal, risk, communication systems, record keeping, connectivity, security, finance, and asset liability management-treasury systems. You will join the Facility & Purchase to Pay cluster, specifically supporting the Facility scope, collaborating with two squads dedicated to Facility Management.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, challenge, and consolidate the pain points and needs of a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders, gaining extensive expertise on the subject at hand.
• Collaborate closely with relevant experts to support and challenge them in defining the product concept, detailed processes, and conceptual and functional architecture.
• Define the acceptance criteria of Opuses and Features for which you are in the lead.
• Work in close collaboration with the (Cluster/Squad) Product Owner and development team during the refinement of Features to ensure all necessary information is available.
• Provide support during business and user testing and assist with the organization of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where applicable.
• Continuously challenge and improve existing processes to increase customer experience, efficiency, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Create and maintain sufficient documentation (simple, understandable, easy to consult) needed for uniform execution, incident resolution, and support.
• Apply profound knowledge of the Agile Way of Working, including refinement and delivery processes, QAP, and sprint ceremonies.
• Take responsibility for change management related to process implementation (training, workshops, communication, etc.).

Requirements:

• You speak Dutch and/or French and are fluent in English (working language).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Preferable experience with Archibus (FMIS).
• Preferable experience in Facility Management combined with financial insight.
• Preferable experience with the Agile Way of Working.
• Preferable experience using BPMN tools.
