The Work:

Apply application design and development across multiple technology areas
Configure software products and systems
Develop product and platform prototypes and proof of concepts across the technology stack
Drive consistent quality solution development and delivery
Let loose your curiosity to develop and design new software that doesn’t exist yet
Leverage cool engineering frameworks and methods, such as Agile and DevOps, to build new solutions faster
Define modern architectures to support cloud native engineering
Build tools to connect to multiple data sources, collect data, store and analyze data, and present data for post analysis
Work side-by-side with your teammates to design and develop technology solutions to solve the federal government’s challenges

Here’s what you need:

Bachelor's Degree or Master’s degree

Bonus Points if:

Work experience (or student athlete) AND student leadership responsibilities
You can demonstrate experience with multiple programming languages, modern frameworks, architectures, databases, and cloud platforms
You’ve got a Master's or bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering or Technical Service
You have experience with Java Application Servers such as Red Hat JBoss
You have experience with data modeling and ORM tools (e.g. Hibernate)
You’ve got architecture design experience using common design patterns
You have experience using Amazon Web Services (AWS) components in solutions
You’ve got experience working in a DevSecOps environment, using tools such as Jenkins and Ansible in CI/CD pipelines

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
