ETF Launch Operations Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented ETF Launch Operations Analyst to support the planning, coordination, and execution of Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) launches. This role will work closely with the ETF Launch Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of ETF products. What you'll do

Project Coordination:

• Assist the Project Manager in developing and maintaining project timelines, ensuring all key deadlines for ETF launches are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams (legal, compliance, marketing, portfolio management) and external service providers (custodians, administrators, exchanges) to track progress on launch deliverables.
• Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups.

Operational Support:

• Support the onboarding and setup of operational workflows.
• Help conduct pre-launch testing for workflows like NAV calculations, creation/redemption processes, and trade settlement.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed project documentation and operational checklists.
• Compile and validate fund data.
• Act as a point of contact for updates and inquiries related to ETF launches.
• Assist in preparing progress reports and status updates for stakeholders and senior management.

Risk and Issue Management:

• Identify potential risks or bottlenecks in the ETF launch process and escalate them to the Manager.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role in financial services.
• Exposure to ETFs, mutual funds, or investment operations is a strong plus.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of ETF operational workflows, is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a very fast-paced environment.
