The Boeing CompanyBoeing’s Facilities & Asset Management Team is currently seeking a Facilities Planner to join our team in El Segundo, California. Position Responsibilities:
Analyze headcount forecasts, business plans, and regional/site strategies to project and plan space and facility requirements
Initiate and lead forecasting efforts and scenario analyses to support both short- and long-term strategic planning
Develop and manage complex project scopes, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and providing clear status updates to stakeholders
Create, integrate, and communicate strategic proposals to internal partners, sponsors, and implementation teams to influence decision-making and guide execution
Manage real property assets, allocate site costs, and contribute to overall asset use and optimization strategies
Prepare and maintain master site facility plans and lead space management initiatives, including contributions to systems implementation
Lead regional or company-wide studies to evaluate site capabilities, manufacturing processes, and future needs, incorporating research, feasibility modeling, and value engineering
Collaborate with internal and external organizations, senior leadership, and government agencies to assess impacts on business operations and facility planning
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors’ Degree or higher
5+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data, summarizing findings, developing conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources
3+ years of experience using Microsoft office tools, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to obtain or active Security Clearance
Experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, and/or related disciplines

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range for Experienced role: $85,000 – $115,000
Summary Pay Range for Senior role: $104,550 - $141,450
