Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Facilities Maintenance Porters for projects located in and around Lewisville, TX.  This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $17-23/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Facilities Maintenance Porter and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

 

Job Scope:

• Maintain the Cleanliness, Functionality, and Aesthetics of the Facilities while Providing Support to Various Departments
• General Housekeeping
• Assisting with Fleet Management
• Preparing Meeting and Training Rooms
• Performing Minor Maintenance Tasks
• Driving Pickup Trucks (F150, F250) and Towing Small Utility Trailers

Requirements:

• • Proven Experience in Facilities Maintenance or Similar Role
  • Posses a Valid Driver's License and Pass Motor Vehicle Check
  • Able to Pass a Drug Screen and Background Check
  • Experience Driving Pickup Trucks (F150, F250) and Towing Small Utility Trailers
  • Ability and Willingness to Work Occasional Weekends and Overnight Travel may be Required
  • Flexible with Hours/Schedule for Early Meetings and Late Events
  • General Housekeeping and Maintenance Skills
  • Able to Perform Minor Plumbing, Light Bulb Replacements, Touch-Up Painting, and other minor Maintenance Tasks
  • Ability to Meet Physical Demands of the Job including Lifting and Moving Heavy Objects, Standing for Long Periods of Time, and Performing Repetitive Tasks
  • Experience in Outfitting Vehicles with Toolboxes and other Equipment, Setting up and Tearing Down Meeting and Training Rooms
  • Dependable and Punctual
  • Strong Attention to Details
  • Good Communication and Teamwork Skills
