The Facilities Gas/Chemical Systems Coordinator at Micron Technology, Inc., is responsible for working in a team environment coordinating gas and chemical distribution system activities in a high-volume manufacturing site to ensure there is no impact to site or manufacturing operations. These activities vary from preventive maintenance, product change-outs, repairs and projects. Coordination of outsourced service to include a Total Gas and Chemical Management vendor.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in applying area processes and equipment knowledge to make informed decisions
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint FBI Reporter, Ariba, and Work Order program
- Demonstrated success in motivating and maintaining morale of a team
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proven time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify, drive, and complete area improvement projects
- Proven ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment
- Demonstrated understanding of performance management concepts
- Demonstrated ability to continuously learn and self-improve
- Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to coordinate efforts across a variety of groups
- Demonstrated ability to organize and efficiently facilitate meetings and project teams
- Demonstrated ability to be meticulous, follow complex procedures, and work with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, propose, and implement effective plans to improve overall efficiency
- Proven ability to communicate and present technical information effectively to all audiences
- Strong understanding of data extraction, data analysis and reporting methodologies
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing process areas, process flow and main utility systems related to area equipment
- Proven ability to use schematic diagrams to solve systems to components level
- Strong mechanical proficiency with the ability to understand and solve mechanical systems
Education and Experience:
- Required: Minimum – Relevant degree or appropriate certifications/licensing, or equivalent experience. 2 years of leadership experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of gas or chemical delivery systems field experience
