About the role

Your Impact


The Facilities Coordinator provides support to the Senior Manager, Global Facilities, in completing all tasks and responsibilities within the department. They maintain physical office space.

What You'll Do

● Vendor Management: Coordinates with repair technicians, vendors, and contractors performing maintenance and change work for DISCO. Manages vendor relationships and trains vendors on DISCO processes and billing procedures. Collaborates with finance to ensure accuracy of invoices and reports, and negotiates contract pricing.

● Office Management: Submits tickets for office requests and issues, maintains office supply inventory, and ensures consistent ordering of products. Assists with food and beverage items in company break rooms. Opens, sorts and distributes mail and packages. Contributes to office culture and participates in employee experience enhancement initiatives. Participates in emergency preparedness, supports physical security systems, provides site wide communications, and creates policy and procedure.

● Project Management: Coordinates and manages employee office space moves (MAC activities), supports all new construction and remodel activities. Acts as liaison between outside contractors and vendors to maintain equipment and resolve specialized problems. Monitors and manages projects to budget, reports and presents on project schedules.

Who You Are

● 3+ years in facilities management, facilities coordination, office management, interior design, project management, construction management or related experience.

● Professional designation of FMP, CFM, PMP or NCIDQ
● Experience managing physical security and video surveillance systems
● Experience in space planning/MAC management.

● Outstanding organization skills and attention to detail
● Proficient with Google Sheets and Slides
