Job Summary

 

The Facilities Coordinator performs a variety of light maintenance duties, provides vendor management and financial obligations. Contributes to the on-site ESFM efforts by showing professionalism in interactions with customers, vendor’s and others. 

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Provides management and oversight of sub-contracted ESFM vendors.
  • Receives and self-performs work order requests, or initiates work with relevant vendor.
  • Manages financial duties, such as invoice reconciliation, vendor payments, PO management.
  • Responsible for management and oversight of the following services; Grease trap cleaning, Kitchen Equipment PM/Repairs, Elevator Maintenance, HVAC terminal units, Pest control, Janitorial services, Waste management, walk-up printer maintenance, and interior plant maintenance.
  • Assembly, disassembly, and repair of furniture; installation of wall-mounted accessories, art, and shelving
  • Coordinate and complete other duties and tasks as directed by onsite/offsite client or partner teams (ex. security, network, design, events culinary)
  • Conduct daily walkthrough of sites, inspecting building systems and equipment in office and culinary spaces
  • Verify compliance with safety regulations and operational policies
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 


Qualifications:

 

 

  • Prefer at least 2 years of related experience as a hands-on on facility/light maintenance coordinator in a similar office-type situation.
  • Plumbing/electrical/HVAC certification
