Job Description

The University of the Cumberlands (UC)  desires to provide an exceptional student experience in all of its programs.  As such, providing appropriate services and facilities are seen as key elements to a successful student learning experience.  This position will help in the coordination of the Florence campus of the University.   

REQUIREMENTS

• Collaborate with University operations for any security needs
• Collaborate with the Athletic Training room to ensure the AED machine is certified annually
• Coordinate with Physical Plant for all Work Order and Cleaning Requests
• Collaborate with Executive programs to ensure classrooms are ready for all residency weekends (number of seats, technology, etc.)
• Monitor and report for any vending needs prior to residency weekend
• Ensure the lobby check in area is ready each Friday for residency weekends
• Collaborate with Operations for any card access adjustments for residency weekends  
• Coordinate with Williamsburg Campus on inclement weather situations
• Accept building packages and deliveries
• Facilitate travel arrangements for campus staff
• Other duties as assigned.
