About the role

Supernal is at the forefront of creating emerging mobility solutions that will foster the development of human-centered cities. We are designing a completely new electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft tailored to the mobility needs of future cities. This allows passengers a seamless intermodal journey that safely transports them to their final destination. What we do:

The Site Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day site operations. This person will coordinate and monitor all site operations, including site communications, vendor management, space / utilization management and ensuring site is clean organized and follows safety regulations provided by EH&S. This role will interact daily with vendors and employees to maintain and help provide a professional workplace. The facilities coordinator reports to the Facilities Site Manager.

This position will be required to work on-site 5 days a week.

What you can do:

  • Acts as point person for building-related concerns, including, but not limited to, scheduling repairs and equipment maintenance – escalating issues, as needed, to building management
  • Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming mail (USPS/FedEx). Order mailing supplies (USPS and FedEx)
  • Maintains copy/supply room to include ordering supplies
  • Assists with configuring conference rooms and Innovation Center
  • Performs preventative maintenance tasks on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Issues purchase orders and track all expenses
  • Coordinates with external vendors
  • Selects outside contractors for projects and supervises their work. Oversees the work of outside contractors
  • Audits all facilities for proper maintenance, repair, and cleanliness; coordinates needed repairs with the appropriate department(s)
  • Provides updated reports of ongoing projects to the Facilities Manager weekly
  • Addresses facilities-related tickets as they enter the queue and ensure that the ticketing queue is maintained and that tickets are resolved promptly
  • Maintains building and office keys, logging issuance and return of keys in the database.
  • Performs regularly scheduled building inspections and determines which issues must be addressed promptly
  • Member of the Emergency Response Team
  • Backup to the Receptionist and Day Porter
  • Other duties as assigned

What you can contribute:

  • Associate's degree/college coursework or equivalent work experience required
  • A minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in Facilities Management
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel and other MS Office Programs
  • Experience with facilities operations
  • Customer service focused
  • Proven ability to manage short deadlines, change priorities, and follow disciplined workflow processes
  • CMMS experience- Salesforce, ServiceNow

You may also be able to contribute:

  • Experience in a corporate environment preferred
