Ready to be challenged and part of a growing team and company.  We are currently looking for a Facilities Coordinator as a Contractor for the team.     Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for company events, including setup, teardown, and logistical coordination.
  • Manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
  • Receive, delegate, and prioritize facilities-related service requests. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to address issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular audits of office spaces and furniture to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and compliance with company standards. Take appropriate actions to address any deficiencies identified.
  •  Preform regular office supply audits to assess inventory levels, cleanliness, and organization of supply areas.
  • Dust and maintain the cleanliness of showroom areas to present a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and clients.
  • Perform routine inspections of fire extinguishers to ensure they are properly maintained and in compliance with safety regulations. Coordinate servicing and replacement, as necessary.
  • Collect and report lost and found items to physical security.
  • Assemble and install furniture items as needed, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
  • Support facilities managers with various tasks and projects as required, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the facilities team.
  • Be available to support other offices in Southern California as needed, providing facilities assistance and event coordination services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and demonstrate a willingness to assist others. Foster a positive and cooperative work environment.
  • Create, process, and track purchase orders for facilities related supplies, equipment, and services.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in facilities coordination, event assistance, or related roles.
  • Knowledge of fleet management principles and practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Physical capability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to travel and support multiple office locations as needed.
  • Basic carpentry skills and experience with furniture assembly preferred.
  • Familiarity with fire safety regulations and procedures.
  • On-site at our HQ in Costa Mesa, CA

US Hourly Range $20—$32 USD

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
