Job Title: FLG Footwear Product Development Intern

Reports to:  Sr. Director, Product Development - FLG

Location:  Goleta, CA

The Role

The Product Development Team transforms a 2D sketch or design into a 3D product. The Footwear Product Development Intern will have the opportunity to learn the process behind the transformation which occurs during the product creation process. They will provide support to the product development and product engineering teams with all job-related responsibilities and tasks.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Learning our product creation system and process.
• Supporting the Product Development and Product Engineering teams with sample management, organization, and reports.
• Participate in key seasonal milestone meetings.
• Contribute to R&D activities including sampling, fit testing, and product review meetings.
• Experience working effectively in complex global organization.

$20 per hour

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
