Sr. Specialist, Strategic Reinvestment

Overview
The Sr. Specialist provides coordination to the Strategic Reinvestment and Real Estate teams for Chick-fil-A’s large capital remodel program (including rebuilds and relocations). This work falls within the Existing Restaurants branch of the Restaurant Development department. The Sr. Specialist role engages Staff and external partners to facilitate collaboration and help hold teams accountable for Existing Restaurant capital investment strategy solutions.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Strategic Reinvestment Program Leads in pipeline development, including supporting complex, deadline-driven assignments
- Partner with Existing Restaurant Real Estate Developers to track deals and create deal presentations for leadership approval
- Liaise with Legal Counsel to determine project feasibility under existing leases and other governing instruments
- Collaborate with other Restaurant Development teams to devise cross-functional solutions for specific restaurants and markets
- Manage external/internal partners to meet project deliverables
- Ensure completion of critical milestone tasks from pipeline development through project closeout phases
- Facilitate various program status and project release meetings and provide clear agendas, meeting notes, and post-meeting action items
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of Real Estate, Development, or Construction related experience
- Demonstrates exceptional care for others through sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership
- Shares lessons learned and key practices with teammates to strengthen program initiatives
- Manages priorities methodically, addresses unexpected/urgent internal and external requests, and maintains balanced workload
- Resourceful at identifying and resolving issues
- Self-motivated to continuously improve
- Skilled at providing clear and concise written and oral communications within reasonable timeframes
- Quick and adaptable learner in continuously evolving landscapes
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, SmartSheet, TRIRIGA/integrated workspace management systems and various project management software
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 - 5 years of Real Estate, Development, or Construction related experience
