AGCO has an exciting opportunity as we look for our Sr Manager, Enterprise Application Service Transformation. In this role you will manage a team of Project Managers to help drive strategic projects, mainly on the Wholegoods space. Responsibilities include management of the EAS WG Transformation portfolio, standardizing the way that we manage projects, keeping the partnership with key business partners, act on demand management and project prioritization. In addition, this resource ensures appropriate resource utilization, management of issues, dependencies, and risks across all the projects under her/his responsibilities and compliance with project methodologies, plans and budgets.

 

Your Impact

  • Manage the EAS WG Transformation portfolio and a team of Project Managers facilitating the demand management, demand prioritization aligned with strategic direction and deliver business values.
  • Define and execute the project governance processes, perform quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure projects comply to company policies and standards.
  • Collect feedback from users and project teams to identify improvement areas for upcoming projects and provide ongoing coaching and training to Project Managers.
  • Assist EAS Transformation organization in overall IT management (e.g. town hall, internal communications, team award, satisfaction survey and other company-wide
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure proper staffing, utilization, and performance of the team is tracked throughout lifecycle of project.

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related area
  • Project management skills and methodologies, project estimation, system development lifecycle processes and tools to define, set-up, plan and deliver business projects
  • Acting for more than 5 years as SAP space, more than 10 years in IT and experience with working with the ASAP methodology
  • Financial analysis skills (due diligence, CER process, business case development, KPI definition)
  • General understanding of the following SAP modules APO EWM, PP, QM, MM, SD and FI/CO
