This role performs advanced duties including reviewing, developing, monitoring, and ensuring compliance of construction-related contracts; coordinating with internal and external partners; preparing and processing contract documents; and providing technical and administrative support throughout the contracting lifecycle. This position requires extensive interaction with governmental officials and private entities and involves independently prioritizing tasks to meet established objectives.
