Contract Creative Operations Project Manager

Vimeo is seeking a Creative Operations Project Manager contractor with a strong background in driving cross-functional campaigns, building and maintaining workflows, and managing creative resources and capacity. The ideal contractor is a critical thinker who is collaborative, autonomous, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They will successfully own creative projects from creative briefing to asset delivery while continuously finding ways to improve creative output and processes. This role reports to the Director of Marketing Campaign Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple creative projects of varying complexity and size, working closely with teams across Marketing
• Collaborate with Vimeo teams to ensure projects are well-defined with clear deliverable requests
• Build and manage work back schedules
• Identify and remove blockers, address issues, and solve problems
• Facilitate creative asset stakeholder review process for all projects
• Manage Creative team resources and priorities on a weekly basis
• Collaborate with the internal Production team to manage video/motion timelines and resources
• Manage creative vendor relationships
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of creative operations and/or project management experience
• Proven ability to confidently lead projects, ask questions, and remove obstacles
• Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders at all levels and across teams
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and find solutions independently
• Comfortable with speaking up and pushing back to balance shifting priorities and manage team bandwidth
• Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
• Experience in Marketing, Advertising, and/or Tech preferred but not required
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana preferred)
• Lead with empathy, kindness, and positivity

Hourly Rate: $45.00- $55.00
