Manager, Sales Referral

This employee manages the day-to-day lead program for the region. They will achieve team and individual quality and productivity goals in accordance with established objectives. They also drive revenue growth across the region.
JOB FUNCTIONS

• Oversees agent workload and ensures standard operating procedures are efficient and maximized for business performance
• Manages lead personnel that are assigned to them
• Provides guidance and leadership to Center on processing leads
• Focuses and maintains performance efforts of the team on current business goals
• Works to ensure that the team of Representatives is conducting their responsibilities in a professional and courteous manner
• Serves as a knowledgeable and productive part of the managerial team
• Participates in, implements, and monitors new initiatives to enhance the performance of the team and the center as a whole
• Oversees training of new Representatives assigned to the team and provides refresher training as needed
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements
• Ensures activities support the organization in achieving targets

Qualifications Education

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required

Work Experience

• Proven leadership skills in coaching, developing, and training of direct reports, Required
• Nursing background, Respiratory Therapist background, or applicable experience Required
• Supervisor experience Preferred
• Health Care experience Preferred

• Skills to read, write, and perform both mathematical calculations and the English language
  effectively
• Work independently
• detail-orientated with excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Plan, review, supervise, and inspect the work of others
