A Day in the Life
The preferred working location for this role is the Medtronic facility located in Mounds View, Minnesota; however, the individual may also work remotely within the US or onsite at another US-based Medtronic facility.CAREERS THAT CHANGE LIVES
In this role, you will partner with the Senior Product DNA OCM Program Lead, team members, OU Wave Deployment leads, and stakeholders to support the execution of targeted change strategies for program deployments. You will report to the Senior OCM Program Lead of the Product DNA Program within Medtronic’s Global Technology and Innovation function.
Product DNA is a transformational program across the Medtronic enterprise to simplify the way we create, manage, and utilize product data. The north star vision of Product DNA is to create a foundational connected digital thread of product information. This change will impact all groups, functions, and regions across Medtronic. This will be a multi–year, multi-phase program that will ultimately improve patients’ lives.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Champion Product DNA in a way that engages and excites the end-user community.
- Act as the “Voice of the Customer”, a change champion that advocates for users who will work in the new PLM to ensure maintained focus on preparing the organization and users to adopt the new system at Go Live and beyond.
- Prepare material for and participate in key Program meetings, P-DNA workshops and work sessions that support upcoming deployment routines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with the senior PDNA OCM program Lead and other program OCM resources to develop, refine and execute the global and local change and communication strategies and plans
- Author, deploy, and maintain program and Wave communication deliverables across defined channels to enable OUs/Sites/Functions to drive deployment-focused change readiness and promotion.
- Identify and document change impacts between current and future state design and function, complete gap analysis to develop messages, presentations, tools and resources to drive leadership alignment, user awareness, and adoption of new ways of working and thinking.
- Partner with the Sr. Program Lead (OCM) to measure deployment readiness: Adapt Program readiness criteria to identify deployment-focused criteria to lead and execute readiness checkpoints (facilitation, documentation, readiness issue escalation, and adapt change activities as appropriate).
- Liaison with stakeholders to answer implementation readiness questions, including but not limited to local procedures redlines, training development, and role mapping activities.
MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience with an advanced degree

- Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, business, or relat
