We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager – SaaS Transformation to lead one of Better’s most strategically important initiatives. This role will drive the evolution of our internally-built Loan Origination System into a world-class, enterprise-grade SaaS platform that serves financial institutions, partners, and global clients.

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager – SaaS Transformation to lead one of Better’s most strategically important initiatives. Responsibilities
- SaaS Product Strategy: Define and drive the roadmap to transform Better’s internal Loan Origination System into a scalable, client-ready SaaS platform
- Client Engagement: Partner directly with enterprise clients to understand needs, gather feedback, and drive successful onboarding and long-term success
- System Redesign: Lead cross-functional teams to re-architect internal tools into secure, intuitive, high-performance software for external use
- Customer Success Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Training, Support, Operations) to ensure the platform delivers measurable client value
- Program Management: Manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from discovery to launch with clear milestones and cross-functional alignment
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Security to ensure products meet high standards for usability, scalability, and compliance
- Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory shifts to inform product strategy and differentiation
Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience, including building and scaling enterprise-grade SaaS platforms
- Proven experience transforming homegrown systems into successful client-facing SaaS offerings
- Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, Blend, or other B2B fintech solutions—implementation or enhancement experience preferred
- Strong product intuition; able to distill complex workflows into simple, user-friendly solutions
- Demonstrated success working directly with large enterprise clients, including onboarding and post-sale engagement
- Track record of leading large, cross-functional programs with clarity and urgency
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills—able to influence without authority and drive alignment across functions
- Strong communicator with the ability to clearly present ideas, build consensus, and motivate diverse teams
- Technical fluency and ability to work closely with engineers and security teams
- Analytical mindset; data-driven decision-making with experience using tools like SQL or Looker
- Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments with high ambiguity
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
