SECURITAS IS LOOKING FOR AN ADMIN GENERALIST WITH STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, SOCIAL SKILLS, AND A POSITIVE MINDSET TO ADD TO OUR TEAM!

 

Position Overview:

The Admin Generalist is responsible for handling all of the digital fingerprint appointments, while maintaining steady flow of traffic in the office. They will also be responsible for the upkeep of the uniform room as well as answering and directing phone calls.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conducts digital fingerprints
• Maintaining the upkeep of the uniform room
• Issue uniforms to security employees
• Maintain the flow of traffic through the office
• Answer and direct phone calls throughout the office
• Will be trained in performing Digital Biometrics

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of Customer Service or Office experience preferred
• Excellent communication (spoken, written, and presentation) skills
• Familiarity with conflict management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Efficient in reading, writing, and speaking English and (Spanish preferred)

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 20 pounds including boxes/files/office supplies.
• Walking, reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, and crouching

Shift:

Monday- Friday

8am-5pm

Unpaid 1 hour lunch
