Senior Design Build Project Manager

We’re looking for a new Senior Design Build Project Manager in our Infrastructure Group to help drive the objectives and challenges our valued clients have trusted us to solve for them. 

 

As a SYSTRA US Senior Design Build Project Manager you will join a world-class team of high-performing engineers, designers, drafters and others who work collectively to ensure client projects continue to thrive while remaining on track and budget.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages scope, schedule and budget on multi-discipline engineering projects
• Leads bid teams in preparing technical proposals and cost estimates for assigned client pursuits
• Leads relationship interfacing activity with clients for future, new and current proposals and projects
• Prepares monthly reports and invoices for future budgeting, business decisions and proposal creation
• Works with Sector Managers to coordinate resources and deliverables
• In this role, this candidate will be responsible for leading actions and initiatives for assigned client projects
• Responsible for mentoring and influencing both direct and indirect reports on assigned client and internal projects

Required Qualifications:

• 15 or more years’ experience
• Professional Engineer’s License PE
• Prior work on multi-discipline transit and rail projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience leading large groups in multidisciplined specialties
• Ability to travel around the USA to client offices and project sites

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree(s)
• PE licensing in multiple states
• Member of ASCE, AREMA or APTA
• Design Experience
