Public Relations and Communications Assistant - Entry Level

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop community-based strategies and campaigns that align with public relations efforts and drive brand visibility.

• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with consumers, community organizations, employees, and public interest groups to promote a positive image of the company.

• Coach client representatives in effective communication with the public and employees to enhance brand representation.

• Analyze the company’s objectives, promotional policies, and needs to develop public relations strategies that influence public opinion and highlight company services.

• Maintain the organization’s image and identity through strategic communications that resonate with target audiences.

• Collaborate with the Operations Director to identify market trends and evaluate advertising efforts to ensure alignment with public relations strategies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in community relations, sales, or public relations preferred but not required.

• Ability to build rapport with the community and engage with diverse audiences.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
