Are you the one?</p> <p> </p> <p>What you will be doing as a Sr. Account Payables Team Leader</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Act as subject matter expert and guide the team members if they encounter any process related issues</li> <li>Proactively build long-term, sustainable and effective relationships with the country business teams</li> <li>Coordinate and support a team of Executives and Officers to ensure, delivering best in class end to end process execution, including SPOC role, for all the Procurement and AP related activities for a specific country / cluster of countries assigned to the team, within the agreed timelines and accurately</li> <li>Knowledge management – capture and disseminate process formalization, constant SOP review and update for BBS countries in scope</li> <li>Assist in month-end close &amp; reporting process</li> <li>Produce and ensure effective qualitative and quantitative metrics reporting are met, for function and staff. Periodically participate in Governance meetings with the various country collaborators to review current service and resolve issues if any.</li> <li>Manage vendor and external audit process when necessary</li> <li>Provide enhanced level of customer service to internal and external groups (Bunge Europe, Counterparties and Statutory teams)</li> <li>Support new projects within BBS when launched (merger, transitions, inventory, new systems implementation etc.)</li> <li>Matrix working with transition teams and cross centers alignments per workstream- ensure timely stabilization of new activities &amp; new service lines transitioned to BBS</li> <li>Handle document archiving process</li> <li>Drive process improvements and efficiency ensuring all related CI leading practices are applied to processes for all countries in scope and embraced through staff training and system improvements. Implement and roll-out Transactional Quality (internal preventive and corrective process controls)</li> <li>Ensure processes operate within the group Sarbanes Oxley program and Standard Policy and Procedures. Ensure monthly controls are performed on time with high level of accuracy and meet the deadlines established by Global SOX team</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What do we expect from our future colleague:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>5-10 years of work experience in a similar role</li> <li>Experience in Agribusiness/Commodity trading industry preferred</li> <li>Minimum Education Qualification – Graduation: Post-Graduation degree an additional plus.</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of local tax and other statutory requirements in relation to Accounts Payable</li> <li>Ability to provide high quality level of customer service for the vendor payments</li> <li>Experience in managing people and processes through a sustained period of change</li> <li>Strong written &amp; oral communications skills in English.</li> <li>Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills; problem solving</li> <li>Able to deal with change and ambiguity</li> <li>Excellent digital literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)</li> <li>Experience in ERP/ Accounting, S4 Hanna would be a plus</li> <li>Ticketing system – ideally, Service Now</li> <li>Lean Six Sigma - min.
