Senior Business Analyst (Corporate Development)

<h3>Opis oferty pracy</h3><p>We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Business Analyst to join our Corporate Development team at Allegro. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in e-commerce or tech industry, and a deep understanding of strategic initiatives including M&amp;A, joint ventures, and divestitures. This role will play a key part in identifying, analyzing, and implementing growth opportunities for Allegro.</p><p><strong>Your main responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct detailed industry and company-specific analysis to identify potential M&amp;A targets, strategic partnerships, and growth opportunities</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and validate business cases and financial models related to strategic initiatives</li><li>Participate in the due diligence process, working with both internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze relevant information</li><li>Assist in the execution of M&amp;A transactions, including coordination with legal, finance, and operational teams</li><li>Track industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision making</li><li>Support the development of investor relations materials, including presentations and reports on Allegro's strategic initiatives</li><li>Monitor and report on the performance of implemented strategies and initiatives</li></ul><p><strong>What are we looking for:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field</li><li>1-3 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably within a corporate development team, strategy consulting, investment banking or private equity / venture capital</li><li>Experience in the e-commerce or tech industry is strongly preferred</li><li>Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines</li><li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills</li><li>Proficiency in English and Polish</li></ul><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><ul><li>A challenging role in one of the leading e-commerce companies in Europe</li><li>Opportunity to work with a dynamic and international team</li><li>Hybrid working model.
