Business Analyst

Price Industries is seeking a Business Analyst or our growing US office and manufacturing facility located in the Suwanee / Lawrenceville, GA area. You will be a key resource to align business needs with system solutions by ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into process and/or technical solutions. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping implement strategies that drive organizational success.

This role will also ensure adequate attention to quality assurance, assistance with end user training and support, as well as defining system maintenance needs over time. The ideal candidate will combine business acumen and technical expertise with strong leadership skills to drive solution development from conception through completion.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Analyse existing business processes related to manufacturing, order management, sales and supply chain management, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

• Document current and future state processes in support of the ERP and related systems, providing clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, user guides, and training materials.

• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are fully equipped to use new tools and processes effectively.

• Act as a liaison between business users and the technical team, ensuring that business needs are clearly communicated and understood, and any proposed solution is configured efficiently within the structure of the ERP.

• Work closely with cross functional teams to redesign processes that will enhance efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with business vision.

• Investigate issues identified by the business, determine root cause, work with stakeholders to propose appropriate solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and conform to industry best practices where possible.

• Work with stakeholders to prototype processes in the ERP, document test results, and adjust implementation plans to support business needs at each site.

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of system analysis activities and any emerging issues or risks.

• Lead the design of new systems or enhancements to existing systems, ensuring that they align with the functional and non-functional specifications, and business objectives.

• Assist in the development of test cases and scenarios to validate that the solutions meet the business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 + years analyst or operations experience.

• Proven experience in software and process design.

• A post-secondary degree or diploma in a related discipline.

• Microsoft skills especially related to data analysis and complex formulas.

• Technical writing skills and process mapping. Visio preferred.

• High competency in multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.

• Strong communication skills.
