Sr. Financial Analyst

Summary:

This role will support financial management in a variety of processes including the month-end closing and performance reporting of financial and operational metrics. You will extract and analyze data across business segments, validating consistent treatment, and creating management reporting for the sales organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain Sales Manager commission models and update results monthly.
• Support the budgeting and forecast process for Sales Manager reporting.
• Provide financial modeling for sales contests and Sales Manager compensation.
• Track and distribute results of sales contests.
• Support budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis of Field Sales selling expenses.
• Distribute weekly Workforce Analytics Report and monthly sales commission journal entry.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit on documentation requirements for Sales Manager budgets, compensation, and sales contests.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as required.

Work Experience Required:

• Understanding of financial modeling and financial valuation metrics such as NPV, IRR, and DCF.
• Ability to work and collaborate across teams and functions.
• Understanding of accounting/GAAP principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Essbase, Oracle, and Tableau experience a plus.
• Strong analytical skills/comfort with managing and analyzing financial data.

Education/Certification:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
