QA Team Lead

Together with our technology partner we are looking for a talented QA Team Lead.

Our client is a rapidly growing provider of cryptocurrency services (enterprise solutions for cryptocurrency exchange and payments processing). They are offering their services to some of the world’s largest payment processing companies and digital wallet providers.

Location: Poland/Remote

Salary:

B2B: 23 000 - 26 000 PLN Net

CoE: 19 000 - 22 000 PLN Gross

Responsibilities:

• Full automation regression testing coverage- plan and execution
• Leading to the team of QA’s (for the moment 2 ppl)
• Parallel Ad Hoc Manual TestsCrfting, implementing, and executing test plans ad test cases
• Ensuring the successful delivery of quality product increments by performing ad-hoc and structured tests
• Writing technical documentation for our software products and ISO-standard certification
• Working as a member of a scrum team in an agile environment

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with QA methodologies, or prior QA experience
• Experience with regression testing, end-to-end testing, planning and test automation (we use Selenium WebDriver and Java)
• Confirmed bug-detection and bug-isolation skills
• Experience with relational databases
• Analytical, disciplined and creative problem solver committed to driving quality forward
• Good command of the English language
• Ability to work agile
• Zeal for learning new technologies
• Whilst working remotely is fully supported and encouraged, and we are flexible in several aspects, it is also important to start the day in tandem with the team. The team starts the day at 8:30 am CEST with a standup meeting
