At ERNI, we’re looking for a QA Laboratory / QA Manual to join an international project in the health-tech domain, working on Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) that make a real impact in the medical field.

You’ll be part of a collaborative agile team ensuring software quality and stability across global environments. Your work will be key to keeping critical lab systems running efficiently and reliably, supporting users, validating functionalities, and helping to continuously improve both process and product.

How do we ensure that? 🤔
From day one, you will have a mentor with you, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You’ll have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you’ll work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

What will you bring? 🤝

• 2–5 years of experience in manual QA or software validation.

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English, as you’ll interact daily with international customers.

• Experience in laboratory or healthcare environments, or familiarity with regulated systems.

• Proactive attitude and ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues (reading logs, checking connections, understanding health protocols like ASTM, HL7).

• Basic SQL knowledge to perform database queries (recommended).

→Running and maintaining manual test cases
Precision and traceability are essential when testing solutions used in regulated industries.
→ Reporting bugs and verifying fixes
Your insights directly improve product stability and user trust, ensuring smoother deliveries.
→Supporting and collaborating with support teams
Acting as a link between support levels helps resolve incidents efficiently and improves team response.
→Participating in agile ceremonies
