We’re hiring an experienced Value Stream Group Leader who wants to be trusted leaders on the floor. This role is about execution, accountability, and supporting your supervisor by leading people the right way, every shift.

Your Mission
As a Value Stream Group Leader, you are the frontline leader for your team. You ensure daily execution of production, safety, and quality expectations while supporting employee development and continuous improvement. You are the link between operators and supervision — translating direction into action.
Job Description
What Success Looks Like
Own Daily Execution on the Floor
Lead by example while driving production, quality, and safety expectations
Maintain real-time awareness of performance and intervene when standards slip
Ensure work is performed to standard and risks are escalated immediately
Support Team Performance
Provide real-time coaching and direction to operators
Reinforce positive behaviors and performance
Address minor performance or conduct issues early and escalate when needed
Be a Strong Communicator
Clearly communicate expectations, changes, and priorities to the team
Share accurate information with your Supervisor regarding staffing, issues, and risks
Help ensure smooth shift handoffs
Safety & Compliance
Actively identify and correct unsafe conditions or behaviors
Immediately report safety incidents and near misses
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
Continuous Improvement Mindset
Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
Encourage team input on process and quality improvements
Participate in RCCA and improvement activities as directed
Professional Accountability
Maintain appropriate boundaries and professionalism
Represent leadership decisions consistently and professionally
Be dependable and prepared for every shift

Schedule & Expectations
This role operates within a value stream production schedule and requires consistent presence on the floor.
General work schedule will be Mon-Thurs 5:30a-4pm, with occasional OT to meet business needs.
